Hi All,

If Craig is right (and he mostly is) we already have this by-law. That
would be great. But it obviously isn't working. We may not be able to evict
people for drinking, but for hurling multiple bottles (at least 5) onto my
terrace where most exploded (and I am still trying to unglue the tiny
shards dried on with beer and get bits out of the crevices)... surely that
constitutes dangerous behaviour which is culpable and reason for eviction??

If the by-law doesn't exist, and we just have a sign on the notice-board..
well I agree reluctantly, maybe we should go for it. Sorry Andrew, I'm no
wowser, and I appreciate your input. Maybe ban groups of more than 3 or 4
unless alcohol-free? Too hard..
