Hi Di, 

New bi-law. I think we have tried to be reasonable over many years but this is the last straw. Can you imagine if one of the kids, or even the adults for that matter, were severely injured because of these bloody selfish idiots. Let's not muck around anymore. 

New bi-law, alcohol banned from the roof.
