[200William-EC] Car Park Entry and Saturday Incident

Dear All,

I have been following  the trail of emails this morning and have the following comments:

Airkey entry to carpark. I can only speak from personal experience  and say that I have not had an issue on entry or exit to the underground parking. It's a bit of a stretch but achievable and we have never felt threatened. I also have to comment that we don't use our car much either! I would be happy to proceed with the airkey arrangement but it does seem expensive. I would rather spend the money on upgrading the ground level foyer, for example.

With respect to the problems on the rooftop on Saturday night I have to say that I am having some problems with my neighbours in apartment 405, particularly with late night music and parties. I also had my daughter and grandchildren stay this weekend and we specifically asked (via a note under their door) if they could respect our need for quiet. It was very peaceful and I am wondering if they found another party venue? I emailed Maxine last week to advise her of the issue (and also concerning noise problems with apartment 501) but she has not responded. Hopefully the CCTV will reveal the culprits.
