Good afternoon everyone,

 

I don't believe there has been any correspondence regarding the attached
quote from George for a fire alarm to be installed on each floor (as
discussed at our last EC meeting).

 

With 10,000 litres of petrol sitting happily in the parking lot  below the
apartments (for the AVIS cars), I believe this is something we should
earnestly consider approving as soon as possible.  Can we get some votes on
this please?  I am a definite 'yes' for installation.

Hi George,

 

1. Just following up on a couple of matters - were you able to lock in
someone to give us a quote re the fire alarm bells for all floors (per EC
meeting)?  Thank you for following up with Sharpes a/c re vent on several
lobby floors.  Much better air coming out!

 

2. There is a white jag that has been sitting in the visitors spot for the
past 2 weeks.  I'll leave it to you.

 

3.Any news on warranty also for work carried out on the elevator that was
jumping?  The lift company sent someone out a couple of weeks ago and there
is no problem with it at the moment.  I just wanted to check if we should be
looking a year warranty instead of individual payments for each service
call?  Over to you.
