[200William-EC] Lift carpet

Hi All,

Someone has just taken a bag of rubbish down (I imagine) and it has leaked
on the carpet of the lift. It's made quite a mess and a stain. The drips
are still wet. Those supermarket bags aren't foolproof, often have holes at
the bottom and you have to be careful they're not leaking when you carry
them out. I'm sure it wasn't any of us, but I can see why a washable
surface would have been wise.

Should we post a notice asking tenants to be careful and to check that what
they are carrying isn't leaking?
