[200William-EC] Craig Laforest request - Marquis Apartments

Hello all,

 

Every year, approximately 1,200 people die from brain cancer in Australia.
The N.S.W. Cancer Council has created a special "1200 Club" and holds three
exciting events every year to seek 1,200 sponsors (each sponsor donates
$1,200 p.a).  The funds raised go towards brain cancer research.  The three
annual "1200 Club" events are:

 

-          A themed trivia night

-          A day at the races

-          An evening at a private residence

 

On Wednesday November 28 (between 6-8pm), I will be hosting, for
approximately 75 people, a private fundraiser for the "1200 Club," in my
apartment.

 

I would like to seek approval from the EC for a table to be set up between
4pm and 6pm approximately, in the Main "E" level lobby, for the Cancer
Council, in order that guests visiting my apartment, can be checked in.

 

I would greatly appreciate your agreement for this most worthwhile cause.
