[200William-EC] New Carpet for lifts and level 6

Thanks for the info Craig, As the carpet on level 6's common area only 
effects You and Di and it's done at your cost. I agree that the EC 
should allow this to go forward and vote in favor can you please table 
the quote for the level 6 carpet and declare no conflict of interest. 
Can you also show on the quote that the warranty is in favor of the 
owners corporation.

Regarding the Lift Carpet it would be a great idea if one of the old 
carpet pieces was stored with the lift wall protection blankets so it 
can be used to protect the new carpet when people are moving in and out.
