[200William-EC] FW: Marquis 107

Good Morning All,

This is related to the warranty work on 107 balcony.

The contractor appears not to have been paid by Classic Quarters who were the builders that had undertaken the warranty work. Through the funds provided by BIGCORP, the Owners Corporation have paid Classic Quarters for the variations raised by the engineer.

No cause for concern.

Hi Barney

I put the rubber in the glass the other day and put the wire back on the handrail too.

Please let me know when you guys are planning to meet out there and I will try and attend so we can resolve any issues straight away.

Thanks

	Hi Preston
this is great news! perhaps we should arrange a BBQ on the deck in celebration...

i will arrange with George to check things out.

one small thing that is still outstanding which we forgot is the rubber seals holding the glass in the frame nearest to the planter box. you will recall this was still missing from before.

Also, are the wires alongside the planter box strung tight?

	Kind Regards

		Hi all

I now believe the balcony works are complete.

The garden has been refreshed and the caulking complete in the tiles etc.

I have discussed with Roger and he is happy with the overall job and also with state of his marble table, the leather chairs and all of his other gear with the exception of the gym bench which has been taken for recovering and will be returned once complete. Can you please confirm that you are happy with everything Roger as per our discussion and if you have thought of anything else since please detail for me so I can get it sorted?

The steam cleaning is in discussion between Roger and us to come up with a suitable time to get it done. Steve has left him a voicemail in regards to this.

It would be good if we can all arrange a time to meet on site soon and get this signed off once and for all.

		Thanks

					Hi gents

					A quick update.

The render is now complete as of this afternoon. The final clean and seal of the tiles will be done tomorrow if the weather is favourable or Friday/Saturday as required.

The rubbish will be removed and the car park spaces cleaned during this time also as we no longer require the storage of rubbish and materials now that we are complete.

Both the render and sealant need to cure before placing furniture and painting of walls and installation of downpipe can occur so I have booked these to happen on Monday next week to allow for render and sealant curing times. The plants and garden will also be assessed at this time and reinstated accordingly once the furniture is removed from the area.

Roger can you please advise your movements on Monday so we can arrange a time to catch up and make sure all your concerns are being dealt with or a plan is developed to deal with anything outstanding from that point on??

					Thanks
