[200William-EC] SP67851 Claim Against Consolidated Constructions

Dear Committee,

Please find attached correspondence in relation to a claim against Consolidated Constructions which was forwarded to Kate in December.  As of today the claim is still outstanding.  Ursula Gessner the Claims Case Manager advised:

The Builders Insurance Guarantee Corporation has a claim from the owners corporation which was given additional approval. Enclosed is a copy of the letter dated 20 December 2011 and the Deed of Assignment and Release.  Once the completed and signed Deed has been returned to the Guarantee Corporation, payment will be made to the owners corporation.
I would be grateful if you could find out what the holdup is. The Guarantee Corporation would like to finalise the claim as it is now six years old.

Please advise how you wish to proceed.
