Hi Maxine,

i am happy to allow these as a rule. they are a great idea for apartment
living 
where parking is in allocated spaces and not separate garages. 

i think this should also be formalised in the Bldg by-laws so it is easier
for 
occupants in the future, and they should not need individual approvals
provided 
we dictate the general design and size.
