Hi George,
  Looks like there's a double bed and a big screen TV in the garbage 
room. The position of it in the room is a H&S hazard to residents. I 
believe some one from level 2 moved out today. I ran into there movers 
in the lift. I would say that is where you need to look for the guilty 
party.

Do we have any recourse to claim the expense of this rubbish removal 
from the tenants ? I would suggest the cleaner will need a hand to do it 
as it looks like a two man job.
