[200William-EC] Foxtel in 200 William

Hi All,
  Foxtel has been restored to 200 William Street. One of the cables to 
the dish seemed to be poorly secured and had fallen off. The fastening 
of the cable it self looks like it's been poor for some time and there 
is quite a bit of corrosion on the connector. In the new year when I 
have some time I will replace the old connectors and water proof it 
properly. Which should stop any sort of re-occurrence in the future.

It would be nice to talk about a HD upgrade in the budget for next year.
