Rob,
I certainly appreciate the work you have put in thus far with the BMC and
the fact that your business must come first. Once you have spoken with
Maxine and arranged the next meeting ( it would be great if this could
happen before the holiday season starts), we are one step closer to getting
this well-overdue matter behind us. I think, if Matt is available, it would
be great to have him at the meeting also. I plan to be there also, as an
observer (I head overseas however for 3 weeks on Dec19). I look forward to
receiving your update and thanks again.

Also, any news on when the signage will go up on William Street? Good luck
tomorrow with your pitch.
Regards,
Craig

Craig,

Thanks for your email. Whilst I agree it is important, it has also been a
long while since we have been able to do this so a few more days won't hurt.
Matt is the substitute, but I don't think it fair to ask him to fill in
without briefing him first. Veron will walk all over us. Unfortunately
today, I simply cannot do it as I have to finalise a substantial new
business pitch document for a government enterprise and it has to be
submitted first thing Wednesday. In this case I am putting my business
first. I am calling Maxine tomorrow once I have this off my workload and
then arranging a new meeting time with Andrew Veron. I am hoping it will
before I go on leave next week. If not, I will arrange a meeting with Matt
and brief him on where we are at so he can look after for us whilst I am
away.

I will not be accessing my emails any more today while I focus on my task at
hand.

Thanks for your continued interest and work with the BMC. It's a great help.

Regards

ROB

Hello Rob,

I've just heard from Maxine that the meeting with Andrew has now been
cancelled for today by you (see emails below). As this is such a
contentious matter perhaps it would be prudent for us to appoint another
person to handle this matter (if you are unavailable). Matt is your
appointed back up - couldn't he have gone in your place? (if available).
This BMC situation has dragged on for so long with no end result.
Also, any news on the signage for William Street yet???
Regards,
Craig

Hi Craig,
I was off sick yesterday. Rob has only emailed late last night and advised
that he is going to have to reschedule today's meeting. I am just waiting
to hear back form both Andrew and Rob as to when it will be.

Hello Maxine,
Further to my email last Friday, I have still not heard from you as to where
the meeting is going to be held tomorrow. Would you please confirm ASAP
where the meeting is going to be held and also confirm at what time (see my
emails below dated December 6 and December 7).
Regards,
Craig Laforest

Hi Rob,
The sign worked perfectly. Thanks.
A reminder for the final 'work'...................delete the Marquis logo at
the top and the words "200 William Street."
All lettering to be in black.
Cheers,
Craig
