Hi Craig
Unfortunately my previous email was incorrect in terms of having your
good self attend the meeting.
When you and I were working on BMC in 2009/10 you were the substitute
representative from the Residential. The circumstances were of course
extraordinary as well.
Earlier this year when we selected the BMC representative and the
substitute, those positions went to myself and Matt as the substitute.
I am assured by the regulation that only the EC elected BMC
representative can attend and if in the absence of that person, the
substitute is approved to attend.
If you have anything in particular you would like added to the agenda,
would you mind sending it on to Maxine who will finalise the agenda
before the meeting and issue to the Commercial and Residential BMC.
I think it would be great if you could attend, but under the
circumstances we need to follow the regulations in relation to BMC
meetings.
