Update December 4th:
Today Andrew Veron, Maxine and I met for a BMC meeting. The meeting was adjourned with some unresolved matters relating to budgets. We have resolved to gain some further information from Strata Title Management along with BFMS in the next week and we will meet again on December 11th at 2pm.
Specifically the details are:
• The budget and the expenses for 11/12 and 12/13 were not agreed
• Review of the building management contract with BFMS
• Clarification on cleaning expense being part of the BMC
• Detailed breakdown expenses to be provided for budget period 11/12
• Review of the electricity contract ( ie; do we have one with the provider )
• A building managers report be provided ( based on $10680 being expensed against the BMC )
• A review of the Strata Managers Fees against the BMC
• A budget review for the 12/13 with input and advice provided by the building manager
Strata Title are contacting George this week with the aim of having the details required by the end of the week. Subject to having the nformation provided, the meeting on December 11th will involve me for the residential, Andrew for the commercial Maxine from STM and George fro the building management.
