For a quorum 5 members need to be present for a quorum.

>From memory at the AGM it was discussed that the EC felt there was no need for me to attend as there is a fee for me to attend the meeting.  Please advise if you wish for me to attend.

Hi Rob,

I am available to meet anywhere for the EC meeting on Aug27 (preferably somewhere not too loud!).  A restaurant sounds like a very good idea. Any thoughts?

I believe we need to get at least a quorum of four or more........correct?  Do we need to have Maxine attend also - she is part of our "budgeted costs" for 2012/2013 year?

Perhaps we can meet somewhere in Kings Cross.....

There are a few good restaurants / bars if anyone else is interested
