Dear Owners,

  Over the last few years the Executive committee of Marquis have 
struggled with the services offered by STM (Strata title management), We 
have been frustrated by them not returning calls and emails and 
generally not being responsive. We have also been unable to hold and AGM 
and have had out strata manager changed multiple times without notice.   
After much deliberation your committee have decided that its time to end 
our relationship with STM.

To that end and after investigating multiple options we have agreed to 
recommend that the Owners Corporation change strata management company 
to Ascend Corp. A boutique firm that we believe will provide much better 
service to the building and allow us to make improvements as well as 
organize timely and essential repairs.

The committee will hold an Extraordinary general meeting of all owners 
at 6:30pm on the 9th of March on the rooftop at 200 William Street. It's 
very important that you come along if possible or if not provide your 
proxy via the attached form so as the committee can streamline this 
transition. Its also a good opportunity to hear more about ongoing 
building business and find out more about the change.

Attached you will find a meeting agenda, proposal from Ascend and a 
proxy form should you not wish to attend in person.  Please return any 
proxy no later then the 8th of March by email to secratary at 200william.com
